INYEC&CEP’s Quality Policy
At INYEC&CEP, S.L., a company with more than 40 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing plastic injection moulded parts, we design the right part and make the mould so that the part can then be made using injection moulding.
We have a production capacity with 2000 m2 of fully innovative facilities, a manufacturing process with cutting-edge technologies, a highly qualified team and demanding quality control, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We have parts available from our catalogue and we also make customised parts. We are committed to establishing, implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard, aimed at ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers and the continuous improvement of our processes.
The Management declares the following as the fundamental principles of its quality policy:
- Ensure that the products offered consistently meet applicable contractual, legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the expectations and needs of our customers, consolidating lasting relationships based on trust and operational excellence.
- Promote continuous improvement as a cross-cutting theme in all our activities, through risk and opportunity analysis, periodic review of processes, and assessment of the performance of the quality management system.
- Encourage staff competence, motivation and awareness through continuous training and the active participation of all members of the organisation, recognising their essential role in achieving strategic goals.
- Drive technical innovation and resource optimisation as fundamental tools for developing sustainable, efficient and competitive plastic solutions, aligned with market demands and technological developments in the sector.
- Establish and maintain transparent, ethical and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, suppliers, public bodies, collaborating entities and other relevant stakeholders.
This policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality targets and will be disseminated, understood and applied at all levels of the organisation. It will also be available to all relevant stakeholders and will be reviewed regularly to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.
