ABOUT THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.
These terms and conditions (hereinafter General Terms and Conditions of Purchase or GTC), together with the Order Confirmation and the Conditions of Use, constitute the contract between INYEC&CEP, S.L. and the Client for the purchase of the products and services offered on the Website. These General Conditions of Purchase cannot be modified, unless it is in writing and INYEC&CEP, S.L. agrees to it. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase.
Acceptance by the Client of the box indicating “I have read and accept the General Conditions of Purchase” shows their knowledge of and agreement with the same. Non-acceptance of this box will prevent the purchase process from continuing.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. may unilaterally modify the GTC at any time. Therefore, the User must read the General Terms and Conditions carefully each time he/she intends to access the Online Store, as they may undergo modifications.
The GTC are complemented by the Legal Notice and Conditions of Use, the Cookies Policy and the Privacy Policy, which must be accepted in their entirety by the Users of the Website prior to making a purchase and, once accepted, will be understood to be included in the GTC for the appropriate legal purposes.

2 Buyer:
The user who registers, natural or legal persons who are registered users as Customers or access as a guest, entering their personal data in the purchase form, once the general conditions of purchase have been accepted.
3 It is forbidden to sell to:
1.- Minors.
2.- Customers who do not comply with the requirements of these General Conditions of Purchase.
4 Purpose of the online shop:
INYEC&CEP, S.L. offers online shopping, in order to make it easier for you to make the purchase comfortably without going to our shops, which will be delivered to the address that you indicate, this being subject to compliance with the conditions listed below.
CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE CLIENT.
The Client undertakes, in general, to use the Online Shop, to purchase the products offered and to use each of the services of the Shop diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions of Purchase and must refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Shop by Customers or that could damage or cause damage to the property and rights of INYEC&CEP, S.L., other customers or, in general, to any third party.
The purchase of products can be made by registering previously on the Web through the form in “Register” or by accessing as a guest and filling in the required data in the corresponding form necessary to formalize the purchase of the product.
Registration is free of charge. The user name and password are personal and non-transferable data of each User and must be under the custody of the same, so it is expressly forbidden to communicate them or authorise their use to third parties.
If the User has indications or certainty that another person knows his/her identification data and password, he/she must change his/her password, requesting a new one in the “My user” section, by clicking on “Change password”. For its part, INYEC&CEP, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the registration in the event that it detects fraudulent use of the same.
PRODUCT AND PRICE.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. offers an assortment of Products in its Online Shop, for which the price and characteristics will appear on the screen. INYEC&CEP, S.L. informs you that the images of the products that the user can view in the Online Store are shown for identification and descriptive purposes only, and may differ from those finally delivered to the customer.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. guarantees the existence of all the products offered in the Online Shop, although it does not guarantee the availability of these products for all Users and in the volumes required by them at the time of placing the Order. In the event that, at the time of delivery of the Order, INYEC&CEP, S.L. does not have any of the products selected by the Customer, it will proceed to subtract that product from the Order and deduct the price of the latter from the final amount of the Order.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. guarantees that the Products supplied through the Online Shop meet the highest quality standards.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. guarantees the Customer the price of the day on which the purchase was made, regardless of the day on which the delivery is made, so that the Customer can take advantage of all existing offers at the time of ordering, without prejudice that, at the time of delivery, such offers may not be in force.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. informs you that all prices shown in the Online Shop include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and the cost of transport will be as detailed in clause 6.3.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. reserves the right to modify unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of the Products, as well as to suspend or cancel their sale temporarily or definitively.
With regard to what is indicated at the beginning of this section 4, our Online Shop complies with all legally applicable requirements. In particular, with regard to the labelling and information available for each Product.
Should the Customer require additional and updated information on the specific characteristics or safety information of a specific Product, he/she can contact the Customer Service Department by e-mail at gestion@inyeccep.com.
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE.
1 Purchase Procedure.
The user may make purchases online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday and those placed on Friday before 11:00 a.m. will be delivered within the 2 to 4 working days established in these conditions.
Orders placed after Friday at 11:00 a.m. will be understood to have been placed on Monday for the purposes of the aforementioned deadlines and to preserve the quality of the products.
Once the User enters the Online Shop, the available Products will appear on the screen, with their characteristics and prices. The User will be able to add the chosen products by clicking on the “Add” button located under each Product. In the right section of the “Your Cart” screen, the User will be able to view the contents of the Order. Once the Order has been completed, the User must select the “Buy” option visible under “Your cart”, and the delivery date will be displayed on the screen. Finally, the User will proceed to pay for his/her purchase, for which he/she must follow the instructions that appear on the screen, in accordance with what is indicated in the following section 3.
The Customer is informed that the Order will be charged to their credit or debit card at the time of acceptance of the purchase.
2 Means of payment.
To proceed with the payment, the User must follow each and every one of the instructions that appear on the screen, enter the card number, the expiry date of the card, the name of the cardholder and the CVV. The means of payment indicated in the Online Store may be used at any given time.
3 Documentary confirmation.
Upon completion of the Order by the Customer, he/she will be able to view on his/her computer screen the verification of the order placed and the order confirmation number. The order confirmation sent by INYEC&CEP, S.L. is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. will proceed to send justification of the contracting made, with all its terms in the email address indicated, and within a period not exceeding twenty-four (24) hours from the completion of the Order by the Customer.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION.
1 Geographical coverage.
The INYEC&CEP, S.L. Online Shop is available within the Spanish territory, although for outside the peninsula the delivery costs set out in section 6.3 will not be applicable, and the availability of the products must be consulted prior to contracting them by sending an e-mail to gestion@inyeccep.com.
2 Delivery or collection schedule.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer from Monday to Friday, throughout the day, except for national, regional and local holidays, within 2 to 4 working days from the time the Order is confirmed and accepted by the platform.
3 Shipping or delivery costs.
Shipping costs will be 3.50 euros for orders of less than 25 units (kits).
For orders over 25 units (kits), the shipping service is free of charge.
Conditions valid for the Iberian Peninsula.
4 Delivery method.
Delivery will be to the address indicated by the Client.
The risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the Client at the moment the Client signs the delivery note.
In the event that the Customer is absent from the address indicated at the time of delivery of the Order, the logistics company responsible for the delivery of the Order will contact the Customer to arrange a new delivery date for the Order. In these cases, the Customer shall bear the costs of delivery and/or collection again, if there are new surcharges.
WITHDRAWAL: RETURN POLICY.
The Customer has a right of withdrawal within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from the conclusion of the contract, without the need for justification.
To exercise this right, the Client must send an e-mail to the e-mail address gestion@inyeccep.com, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery, in which he/she states his/her decision to withdraw from the purchase made and, consequently, to return the Product, without the need for justification.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not obligatory.

Once the above communication has been sent, and within the following fourteen (14) calendar days, the Customer must send the Product to be returned to INYEC&CEP, S.L, Polg. Ind. La Vega. C/. El Roble, 8, 14640 Villa del Río (Córdoba), the direct costs related to the return being borne by the Customer.
The Product must be unopened and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging. Once the goods have been received, and after checking the condition of the same, the amount will be refunded.
The products we sell are not perishable.
Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the Products contracted. This refund will be made by INYEC&CEP, S.L. within 14 days from the date of withdrawal using the same means of payment made by the Customer.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION.
INYEC&CEP, S.L. undertakes to use your personal data respecting your confidentiality and complying in all cases with the applicable regulations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION.
For conflicts of interpretation and execution derived from the present purchase-sale, the Spanish legislation in force will be applicable.
For any dispute that may arise in the interpretation and application of these General Conditions, both INYEC&CEP, S.L. and the Users or Clients expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Cordoba, renouncing their own jurisdiction if any.
